How to:
Simply add effects to the simple blend provided!
This Round's theme is "Galadriel and Arwen"
Rules:
#1 You must use the simple blend provided.
#2 You can not add other pictures to the blend, only effects (i.e. Text, textures, brushes).
#3 Blends must be suitable for all ages
#4 Blends can be not be cropped or resized.
#5 To enter send fill out the form below and where it says "Tom Bombadil-" put "O" so that I know you read the rules.
#6 Blends must be sent in jpg format, no others are accepted.
